Gemma took the time to understand the exact look I was going for, mapping and shaping my brows with incredible precision. She was patient, thorough, and made sure I was comfortable at every step — from consultation to aftercare. The result? Natural-looking, perfectly shaped brows that suit my face and make my mornings so much easier. I’ve had so many compliments already!
