I have to say from the outset that I just love Dr Kate and her team for their genuine warmth and care during my visits. At my consultation, my concerns were fully discussed and my expectations were definitely met. I felt heard and was never rushed. Dr Kate really does have the most beautiful aura; I was at total ease with her wealth of knowledge and experience. My first treatment was three weeks ago. I was very impressed with how clean and beautiful the clinic was. I had happy butterflies when I left knowing that a positive outcome was looming — and it did!
