From the moment I waked in, I was made to feel welcome and relaxed. Dr Alex made sure I had all the information I could possibly need prior to my treatment and continually checked that I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Very professional and I will most definitely be coming back.

Doctor Alex was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to this particular treatment. All my queries were addressed and I was more than comfortable to go ahead and receive treatment straight after the consultation which was an added benefit!

In theory you shouldn’t look forward to having needles jabbed in your face. But the results and Doctor Alex’s put-you-at-ease manner make the experience, from start to finish, an absolute delight. This is my second visit to Dr Alex, and again I was very pleased with his professionalism and attention to detail in every respect. I only had the botox treatment yesterday so it is too soon to comment on the result, but if it is as good as my last visit I'll be delighted.

Hi it’s the morning after thread lifts. Virtually no bruising, the swelling is going down and the pain is tolerable without pain killers. Looking forward to seeing the end result.
