As ever professional clear and explains everything, i have no issue about feeling that I am getting the best attention and treatment. The environment is clean and clinical and yet relaxing if you have any anxiety it melts away.

I am so pleased that I've found Dr Alex after a few mishaps with other so-called aestheticians. He has amazing technical knowledge along with a good eye for one's individual beauty and enhances accordingly, in a natural way. I really appreciated the time Alex spent discussing my needs with me prior to treatment in order to get the desired results. The treatment itself was delivered meticulously in a relaxed environment and was totally pain free. Alex explained that he would use as little product as possible to get those results but would be happy to see me again a couple of weeks later for a small tweak to get things just right if necessary. I did return two weeks later and am now very happy with the results and will definitely be returning for my next treatment.

Dr Alex is really approachable and friendly. I was very nervous and unsure which treatment was the best for me, but he explained the benefits of each treatment thoroughly. There was no pressure - he asked me to go away and think about it and to do some research on the internet before making a decision.
