I am beyond happy with the results of my lip filler. This is the first time I’ve had this treatment so I was really nervous and wanted a really natural look. Dr Alex took a lot of time to choose the right product and was so re-assuring over the next 2 days as they were quite swollen and by day 3 my lips looked incredible I am so happy with the result. Alex is the best practitioner for cosmetic treatments I've ever come across. He is thorough, professional and honest. I've had a number of different treatments from him, all of which I've been happy with as he ensures that the results are very natural. I wouldn't trust anyone else when it comes to botox.

Dr Alex talked me thorough all the options and didn't pressure me into making a decision. I decided on two procedures rather than the one I had enquired about. I had lip filler and viscoderm. I am delighted with the totally natural results and will be returning in the future. At various stages of the treatment he gave me a mirror so I could see the progress and while he talked me through the procedures. I didn't even need the stress balls he provided, I just closed my eyes and listened to the music! Covid procedures are strictly followed. He gave me plenty of information on risks and aftercare. Highly recommended.

The service was extremely professional. The initial consultation was thorough with treatment options, risks and benefits made clear. At no point was there any pressure to make a particular decision. The appointment system to arrange treatment was efficient. On the day of treatment, options risks and benefits were once again outlined. During the treatment, Dr Alex provided guidance about what he was doing and held a calm, reassuring approach throughout. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this service to prospective patients.

Dr Alex is very professional but also friendly and made me feel at ease straight away. We had a virtual consultation which was very informative and Dr walked me through my fat dissolving options and the possible side effects/aftercare. I was able to go away and think about what treatment was right for me without feeling any pressure to book it right then and there. When I got to the clinic he greeted me at the door (which is might be due to covid restrictions but even so I thought that was lovely). Once I was sat down on the patient chair we ran through the procedure again and he even gave me some stress balls to hold on to because I have needle anxiety. After the procedure he gave me a good 10/15 minutes to calm down as my anxiety was through the roof and got me plenty of water which was appreciated! Once I calmed down he kindly walked me to the door and saw me off safely. I would 100% return to Dr Alex for more treatments. Thank you so much!
