Dr Alex explained everything clearly to me in the consultation and again at the appointment. The were plenty of opportunity to ask any questions although I personally didn't feel the need to as had all the information given to me. The practice was clean and covid secure so it felt safe. Too early to say on the results of my botox yet but I'm sure it will be as expected.
