Due to me having had Covid the consultation was completely different to the one originally planned. Dr Alex saw me and thoroughly examined my face and then came up with a new treatment plan. As usual I came away feeling reassured and more confident that he could treat me properly as well as make me feel better. The advantage of seeing a doctor in this case was huge as having had Covid, treatment plans had to differ, and included the possibility of being able to prescribe other medications to help where appropriate which has been both massively reassuring and beneficial. Looking forward to my review and next few appointments for treatment.
