I love how calm Dr Alex is, which is especially reassuring after coming to him to help resolve a complication after unsuccessful treatment elsewhere. He described the treatment plan carefully, ensuring I understood and knew risks and benefits and what was likely to happen after. Treatment including cost was totally tailored to what I needed which was amazing. I'm coming back to see him for more treatment and out of choice this time!
