I can’t thank Dr Alex enough for his care, understanding and attitude towards me as a patient. I was suffering from a complication due to poor dermal filler I received elsewhere and was highly anxious, and Dr Alex was caring and attentive and his medical knowledge and experience immediately helped to rule out serious concerns. He discussed all my potential treatment options and next steps clearly and in detail, and he even went out of his way to do what he could there and then to help with the problem, and I am so greatful. He went above and beyond to make me feel safe, assured and like he genuinely cares from the moment of our first consultation. At no point did I feel pressured to continue treatment with him - however I’ve never felt in safer hands and will not hesitate to return to Dr Alex for any future treatments. I would recommend him to anybody - you will not be disappointed
