Professionalism & shellac area wasn’t very clean BUT.. I am in alot of excruciating pain due to the extremely rough handling of my cuticiles. Pulling tugging and making me bleed. My cuticles are swallon and I’m getting teary touching water or anything else as it hurts so damn much. Extremely disappointed and upset. Please have professionals behind that chair not beginners if my hands are going to be dealt with so painfully.

My tan is quite patchy and you can see bits missed like under my bum , crease in my knee and the inner section on my leg.
