My first time going to bodilight - all the staff were so lovely and welcoming. The wax was fairly painless and looks good!

I’m delighted with my lashes courtesy of the lovely Yasmin who is always friendly, knowledgable and reassuring. I feel well informed on the process and aftercare. I visited Bodilight Milton Keynes on June 22nd 2021 and this was my first visit since just before lockdown in March 2020. The staff were very welcoming, I felt safe and my treatment was marvellous. I’ve booked several more appointments and I’m really looking forward to getting back into my regular beauty routines.

The treatment and service was excellent!!!

I booked an appointment with a therapist who always does my lashes. I keep coming to bodylight because i love what she does. Due to her tight availability, i take an appointment on a Thursday in the middle of meetings - but that was the only time she could make, only to come to your practice, wait for her to finish with another customer then be given to another therapist who made a mess of my lashes. My lash felt and still feels stiff, i can see the white glue and after the treatment yesterday, i came back to your practice for the receptionist to take photos of it - the glue was literally sticking my lids to my lashes - very tacky and not the standard from any therapist in Bodilight. I am still waiting for the call to come in for it to be corrected but i am one very disappointed and surprised customer.

Very professional put me at ease from the start

I am always very happy with my results when having Botox, however on this occasion the results I thought would be achieved with having fillers didn't happen. I did come back to have this area looked at and was told that the fillers could be seen and working, but I honestly cannot see any difference and unfortunately very disappointed. The lines are still very prominent, I will continue to have my Botox treatment as that is always very good, but feel I have regrettably wasted my money on fillers. I have still given 5 stars as Bodilight do always give an excellent service.
