Very friendly and professional. As a previously trained nail technician myself - who no longer does her own nails due to nerve damage - Sam gave the best cuticle care I've ever had , lengthening my very short non growing nails by trimming back and enhancing my nails. She does better cuticle trimming than I ever did ! I was stunned at the finish for the short non existent nails I have.
