I'm super pleased with the results of my laser hair removal, and with how friendly the staff have been. As a trans woman, I was really worried about going to a new place for help with facial hair removal, but everyone at Bodilight has been amazing. I really felt like they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, especially during the initial consultation.

Kelly who saw me for my consultation came and saw me prior to the start of my session to see how I was, which I found very reassuring. Also Sam was very clear about what was happening and checked every so often, to see that I was comfortable during the procedure. Very professional attitude from both members of staff.
