This was my first visit to Bodlight and I was very impressed by your service.

For the first time my appointment was delayed (by nearly an hour!) and no one actually let me know when I arrived that there was a massive delay. I only got an estimate of my appointment time when I asked the receptionist as I overheard her talking to her colleague. This was not good customer service. Disappointing
