There had been a technological issue with the booking system, but the lovely ladies on the reception desk worked out the issue, sorted it and were very apologetic about the whole thing (which wasn't their fault), and made it so that my treatment could still go ahead. The treatment was lovely as always, but I was most impressed with their excellent customer service. It means I can happily book knowing if there ever are issues (which has only happened once), it'll be sorted and satisfactorily :)
