My appointment today with Sam was good but was disappointed to discover that I had probably not been given the right advice by staff when I booked my original consultation. Apparently I would be better if I had a combination of laser and electrolysis rather than just electrolysis which has been time consuming and I assume that overall more expensive. Having paid for a course of treatment I hope the remaining balance of my money can be used for a mix of laser and electrolysis sessions to finish the treatment which will at least save me time though I won’t get any money back. I think it would be good if the consultation process is improved to provide better advice.
