My only complaint is I paid 70£ before and had 35£ in my account. I paid 20£ as a deposit but still was asked to pay 15£ for the treatment. I tried my best to understand why I had to be charged as I had some money in my account but not satisfied With the explanation. Not going to use anymore as I have paid so much for a simple procedure
