I felt disrespected. There should've been another way for the technician to tell me that I'm too "dark" for the treatment. She gave me alternatives but didn't bother to look into them or even give me a price for what was available. There was no comparison and I felt rushed out - it was a waste of my time and this will be my review to everyone I know. There should be a statement on the website to say certain treatments are not suitable for people of a certain shade to save women like me the embarrassment. I was really shocked to be told this in 2020 considering the climate and everything that's going on. I think there should be a way to avoid this in the future.
